Sister Amaris Salata, FSE, is presently interning at the Franciscan Life Center. A student at Central Connecticut State University, she anticipates completing her MS degree as a Marriage and Family Therapist and graduating in May.
Sister is also a CPA. She was an accountant for a firm in Michigan, where she is from, and worked for a Connecticut company prior to changing her profession.
The Franciscan Life Center is a licensed, nonprofit outpatient mental health facility serving individuals and families throughout Connecticut. The agency has been providing individual, marriage, family and group counseling since 1974.
