Today we celebrate the birth of the United States of America. We are grateful for our many freedoms, for our democratic government and a sense of American pride and generosity. Our country is the home of countless people who have changed the course of human history; scientists and doctors, musicians and artists; writers and philosophers; soldiers and civil servants. Let us all thank God for the freedoms we enjoy in the USA.
