It was another great week for the children and youth who attended the recently held Franciscan Land-based Summer Experiences and Youth Leadership thanks to the generosity of the Cuno Foundation and the Ion Bank Foundation. A full week of educational and relational experiences was held on the land July 28- August 1, 2024. The program site offers children the opportunity to interact with the land, animals and one another through numerous activities. The youths who participate in Youth Leadership engage in challenging problem solving activities supporting leadership and personal development in preparation for their transition to high school.
